How often do you get angry in a day? Anger is a natural emotion and helps us to recognise dangers and protect ourselves from potential problems.

However, when we are unable to manage anger effectively, the associated negative emotions can rapidly become a major source of conflict across all aspects of our lives, especially things like relationships and performance at work. I’m a bit older than I act and, like everyone else, over the years my life has had its ups and downs. The good news is I'm here to help you through yours!

I use a bunch of techniques — including hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, creative expression and counselling — to help your realise your wellbeing, performance and growth goals. I work with lots of different people, but I specialise in helping 'blokes', whether they be kids, pre-teens, young adults or grumpy old men.
