Working with people with body image issues, we focus our attention on understanding the underlying factors impacting the presenting issue. This means that you may work on building resources such as improving your sense of control, creating more aligned expectations and even better aligned measures.
Hypnotherapy works wonderfully part of a holistic health plan. When you come and see me for weight and body image support, we will create a simple, structured plan to create sustainable and long term change and develop a healthy mind, body and soul.
When you work with me you can expect our sessions to include hypnotherapy, strategic psychotherapy and counselling, strengths coaching, creative therapies, NLP, a large variety of neuroscience supported mental models and my own Goal Mastery tool.
I am available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday.
