There are two types of fear that we experience today (good & bad.) Unfortunately the symptoms (sweating palms, rapid heart beat, short breaths etc) are very similar!

Our brains are unable to adapt at the pace the world around us seems to be changing. Hence, we find it tricky to differentiate between the two (good & bad fear.)

Good fear, is that little voice in our head that we should listen to. This voice sends us an alarm or warning if we find ourselves in a situation where we are at risk of serious injury or death.

Bad fear on the other hand, is that little voice in our head that holds us holds us back from achieving our goals, keeping us anxious, worried and often consumed by ruminating “what if” or “but” questions. We need to learn to silence these thoughts as they are very unhelpful, in fact debilitating for some.
