It's highly likely that this problem is both the cause and the effect of habitual patterns of thinking and behaviour that have developed in your subconscious.
When thought patterns are running automatically, deep down in your subconscious, it can be a hard place to access and reason with, even if your conscious mind has the best intentions to do something about it.
If you want to ensure your work doesn't dominate all of your life, get back in control and create space for yourself and the things and people you love, then you need to tap into your subconscious to bypass this pattern and to create a new pattern.
I use a bunch of techniques — including hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, creative expression and counselling — to help your realise your wellbeing, performance and growth goals.
