There's a lot of talk about work / life balance, with the line between work and personal life becoming increasingly blurred and so many people working from home.

Managing that work / life balance is getting harder. When things are out of whack you may be experiencing tension, headaches, irritability, poor concentration, poor decision making, relationship problems, illness and more.

Trying to get your life balanced could be just a bit of a struggle occasionally or it may be constantly disrupting everything for you - and those close to you. A single event may have thrown things out of balance or this problem may have built up over a long period.

It's highly likely that this problem is both the cause and the effect of habitual patterns of thinking and behaviour that have developed in your subconscious.

When thought patterns are running automatically, deep down in your subconscious, it can be a hard place to access and reason with, even if your conscious mind has the best intentions to do something about it.
